Incorporated in 1983, Enfield Loaves and Fishes is a soup kitchen serving the surrounding community by providing all those in need with hospitality, meals, aid, and companionship at no charge. We are the only community kitchen providing meals 7 days a week within a 20 mile radius, serving the greater Hartford area with no questions asked. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Our purpose is to feed and assist the disenfranchised through dignity, respect, and nutritious food. Our mission is to make a difference in the lives of those who live with food insecurity.
